Working with our development team and associate partners and specialists, we will present a turn-key proposal to give you scope, cost, timelines, feasability study, initial build designs, and cash flow predictions.  We'll also connect you to project lending companies for build cost at great rates, construction grace periods, and flexible repayment plans.

We go to work for you - finalizing plans, organizing trades, helping with facility location/land acquisition, and all the pre-construction work that is needed to get your facility started.  Retainer and contract with PECS is implemented.  

With best local, experienced, and professional construction and service trades in place, our general contractor and site manager will optimize your build.   Our development and marketing team will work on the facility components, additional income strands, sports and equipment manufactures and suppliers, and additional supports needed like marketing, media, and staffing/management if needed.  

Your committee is updated with progress reports, directly connected to our general contractor, site manager, and development office.  We work directly with you to keep the build on track, and handle all build and supply tasks, incorporating changes needed to make your facility the best possible - ensuring confidence and pride for you and your community. 

We help plan your opening celebration, and continue to support your facility and committee for the lifetime of the facility.  An executive brand membership plan ensures discounts on products, upgrades, and services needed by your facility, all towards a successful  building and operation that is a community attraction, model of sustainability in energy use and is budget positive.
